2. Server log files

When you access this website, the web server automatically stores access data in log files: IP address, date and time, requested URL, HTTP status code, amount of data transferred, referrer URL, and browser/operating system (user agent). Purpose: technical delivery, operational security and stability, and – in the event of attacks or abuse – legal enforcement. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. The log files, including the IP address, are retained for these security and enforcement reasons for a maximum of 30 days and then deleted automatically.

3. Local storage of settings

This website stores the display settings you choose (light/dark mode, animations, motion sensor, language) locally in your browser (localStorage). These entries are technically necessary to provide the settings you explicitly selected, are not transmitted to us, and are not used for analytics or recognition. No consent is required for this under Section 25(2)(2) TDDDG. You can delete this data at any time via your browser settings.

4. Reach measurement (cookieless)

For statistical analysis of website usage we perform server-side, cookieless reach measurement, without browser JavaScript and without third-party services. Only the server logs described in section 2 are evaluated. No IP address is stored; a daily-rotating pseudonymous hash value is used to distinguish visits. We store only: country of origin (derived from the IP without storing the IP itself), device type, browser/OS, referrer category, and pages visited. Data is not combined with other sources and individuals are not identified. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

5. Contact form

When you use the contact form, we process the data you provide (name, email address, optional phone number, message) to handle your request. A cookieless proof-of-work mechanism without third-party services protects against automated abuse. Your data is stored to process the request and additionally sent by email to info@alphanull.de . Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR. Data is deleted once the request has been fully handled, unless statutory retention obligations apply.

6. Recipients / processors

For hosting the website and for email delivery we use Hetzner Online GmbH, Gunzenhausen (Germany). A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place. No transfer to countries outside the EU/EEA takes place.

7. No automated decision-making

No automated decision-making or profiling within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR takes place.

8. Your rights

You have the right to access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20), and to object (Art. 21) to processing based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. You may withdraw any consent given at any time with effect for the future (Art. 7(3)). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Art. 77).
